Bound in contemporary sheep skin leather, with shelf wear and scattered stains. King James (Authorized) version set in Roman font. Copious notes and illustrations. Appendix with chronology at rear. Mild focal worming of leather. Binding a bit shaken and cracked front hinge but all leaves still attached (just requires a slightly gentle hand). First couple leaves trimmed smaller than the rest. Damp stain of first few leaves. Rest of text block clean and bright.General title page dated 1767. New Testament title page dated 1769.
