Slim 12mo in brown paper-covered boards. Three pages of advertisements at rear. Book plate on front paste down. Front fly leaf detached, binding otherwise tight throughout. Top and bottom edges of spine chipped. Corners bumped and chipped. Mild to moderate foxing. Some mild damp stain to title page. A good copy. Not in Garrison Morton. 
Ernst Blasius (1802 – 1875) was a German surgeon and ophthalmologist. He wrote several successful books and made contributions to reconstructive surgery and transfusion medicine.
