Bound in contemporary (original?) limp vellum with private library sticker and manuscript author’s name on spine. Rear cover trimmed at fore edge. Front hinge cracked and front cover with back pulling away from text block. Front blanks coming loose but text block clean, bright, and tight throughout. Marginal mark near rear of book pointing to commentary on Naobodae on page 105. Pencil correction to text on page 109. Numerous in-text astronomical and astrological tables and horoscopes. Text in Latin.

Measures approximately 8 ¾ x 6 ½ x ¾ inches.

Includes commentary on Galen and Ptolemy regarding astronomy and astrology as well as medicine.
