Octavo in 18th century tree calf inexpertly repaired (probably very 19th century) with plain brown leather over spine and joints, cut to expose original red label on spine. Boards scuffed and corners bumped and split. Hinges cracked but joint repairs firm. Scattered stains on edges of text block. Early ink annotation crossed out on title page. 1809 inscription of John C Rudd on title page as well as rear board. Lacks ffep. Rfep nearly detached. Pencil annotation on rear pastedown. Set in single column Greek, with large margins. Mild toning and foxing. Binding tight.
